2017年国际中国环境基金会（IFCE）在政策咨询与建议、Technology Exchanges，和教育与培训等方面举办了多场在中美间颇有影响力的活动和会议，并在中国环境治理政策和技术方面，提出了重量级建议，并持续推动讨论和政策改变，推出一批创新技术，同时还成功举办了“环境公益诉讼”培训，“未来绿色青年领袖”训练营和“2017‘绿色中国’环保歌曲大赛”等活动，在中美两地均获得很好的反响。
第一部分 活动总结

２.环境公益诉讼问题研讨与培训
IFCE与中国生物多样性保护与绿色发展基金会联合举行两场关于环境公益诉讼问题研讨与培训活动。 7月22日的主题是环境公益诉讼实务操作研讨，于北京胜利饭店召开，参会人员由法学专家、法院、检察院、Ministry of Environmental Protection、社会组织、环境律师、媒体共计六十余人组成。中国人民大学周珂教授、北京工业大学谭柏平副教授、中国人民大学竺效教授、中国政法大学曹明德教授作为点评法学专家参会。来自全国的拥有公益诉讼经验的社会组织代表参会并由自然之友、河南企业社会责任促进中心、杭州生态文化协会、中国绿发会重点发言。环保部政策法规司别涛司长、江苏省徐州市人民检察院、北京市人民检察院、北京市人民检察院第一分院均发言，讲述了对公益诉讼的看法及体会。会议分为上下两个单元，分别研讨社会组织、检察机关在公益诉讼实务操作中遇到的困难、问题、挑战及面临的机遇、趋势发展。
11月23日的主题是环境公益诉讼原告主体关系研讨，参会人员由法学专家、法院、检察院、Ministry of Environmental Protection、社会组织、环境律师、媒体共计五十余人组成。环保部政策法规司别涛司长、中国绿发会周晋峰秘书长、国际中国环境基金会何平会长致开场辞。山东省环保厅、贵州省环保厅、江苏省无锡市中级人民法院、贵州省清镇市人民法院、江苏省南京市中级人民法院均根据具体案例根据会议主题提出自己的看法和见解。下午会议中，最高人民检察院民行厅副厅长刘艺发表主旨讲话，北京市人民检察院三分院根据自己工作实践提出了建议。广东省环保基金会在海洋公益诉讼环节介绍了自身的案例。Friends of Nature、天津环保产品促进会、重庆绿联会、绿会合作环境律师及多家媒体参加了研讨会。中国人民大学周珂教授、中国政法大学曹明德教授、天津大学孙佑海教授、北京大学汪劲教授、青岛科技大学辛帅讲师作为点评法学专家参会。
两次研讨活动均是直接针对目前环境公益诉讼中所面临的问题而讨论，活动邀请了政府机构，学术机构，律师事物所，法院，检察院，NGO代表等， 对环境公益诉讼的进一步开展取到积极的推动作用。

３. Leadership Training Camp
2017年8月， IFCE在美国华盛顿及纽约等城市举办2017“未来绿色领袖”训练营。参加本次训练营的学员来自中山大学、Beijing University、南京大学，中国国际工程咨询公司， Ａｍｅｒｉｃａｎ University， Ｇｅｏｒｇｅｔｏｗｎ Ｕｎｉｖｅｒｓｉｔｙ， ｅｔｃ．。在为期10天的训练营中学员与前美国劳工部总会计师、Corrado, president of the International Advisory Mr. Samuel Mok，绿色大钱包创始人Diane MacEachern女士，Professor Emeritus of Harvard University. Michael Maccoby，资深培训师Kevin Hinman先生，Dr. GEF Senior Climate Expert. ４. 2017“绿色中国”环保歌曲大赛
IFCE 主办的2017“绿色中国”环保歌曲大赛共收到150多首环保歌曲。经过评委会专家仔细评审,其中由徐环宙作词、舒一夫作曲的《清新的空气、永远的希望》和潘龙江作词作曲的《绿色和平歌》获得一等奖。由何丽华作词、戴永常作曲的《绿色中国》、黄志文作词、赵建华作曲的《生命之源》获得二等奖。潇浅词曲《带瓶出发》、倪永东作词、聂伟作曲《绿色中国》、鲍方作词、杨林作曲《绿色的呼唤》、张继征作词、丁留强作曲《一片绿叶》、谭词发作词、尹庆全作曲的《爱在绿荫》获得三等奖。
颁奖典礼２０１８年１月２５日在意大利歌诗达游轮上盛大举行。组委会给获奖艺术家颁发荣誉证书和奖金, 近千人出席晚会，多家媒体报道。这次环保歌曲大赛以音乐形式呼唤人们重视环境问题、通过原创歌曲作品来宣扬环保理念、Ecological Civilization, 倡导绿色消费、低碳经济、环保生活, 关注中国污染治理、生态建设、和绿色发展。提高环保意识, 向社会传递正能量, 扩大了基金会的影响，收到非常好的社会效果。

- IFCE 组织中国三江源国家公园管理局与中国国际工程咨询公司代表团访美并考察学习美国国家公园管理规划经验

2017年7月28日， IFCE主办的“美国新能源气候政策对国际的影响”圆桌会议在乔治华盛顿大学马文中心举行。出席会议人员包括IFCE总裁何平博士，副理事长Tad Ferris, 美国国务院全球气候变化办公室副主任Chris Allison，能源部战略主任 Dr. Robert Dixon, 能源气侯中心执行副主席Elliot Diringer，能源部能效与新能源政策顾问Arlene Fetizanan， 能源部亚洲主任 Alan Yu，全球环境基金高级气候专家杨明博士，世界自然基金会（美国）中国主任胡涛博士，世界观察所中国主任马海兵，以及乔治华盛顿大学教授Dr. Jonathan Deason等二十位官员与专家。

金秋月圆2017大自然之歌音乐会
2017年9月30日，由黄河艺术团主办， IFCE 支持的“金秋月圆2017大自然之歌音乐会”成功举办，800多人参加。 由国际中国环境基金会主办的2017年首届中国”绿色环保”征歌赛的两首并列第一名歌曲《绿色中国》、《清新的空气，永远的希望》分别由刘渊、雷思源二重唱和宋雪清独唱，这两首歌曲通过他们的演唱，配上李春丰老师的友情担任钢琴伴奏和几位吉他熟手，使歌曲更加悠扬富有感染力，为中国环保做了最好的宣传。该场音乐会在华盛顿特区引起了很好的反响，总共有 10 余家媒体报道。
2017华盛顿创新与合作国际论坛
10月2日至3日，“2017华盛顿创新与合作国际论坛”在特朗普国家高尔夫俱乐部召开。论坛由华盛顿美国华人社区联盟，US-China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance，佛吉尼亚劳顿郡经济开发厅，和美中交流发展基金会共同举办。论坛邀请了美中多位重量级投资和创新领域嘉宾演讲，如BioHealth创新公司创始人及CEO Richard Bendis先生，中美交流发展基金会高级顾问，美国外交官协会理事Todd Thurwachter先生，中国投资协会副会长王军生等。华盛顿地区主要科技团体对这次活动给予大力支持， 包括国际中国环境基金会， 美国大学创新联盟，美国华人生物医药科技协会， 旅美科协华盛顿分会等。
