IFCE is pleased to announce that Ming Yang, Senior Climate Change Specialist of Global Environment Facility (GEF) will provide a technical briefing that presents analyses and results of the two countries’ GHG emission targets and highlight energy efficiency as the first tool to achieve these targets.
